Canmore NORAM

We arrived in Canmore one week ago and have been busy preparing for this weekends NORAM Openers. In short, the skate sprint was very mediocre and the 15k classic interval was good for this time of year. I missed out on a World Cup berth by seconds, but I am taking everything in stride to build into this season and peak down the stretch. Results here We are having a great time staying at Colin's relatives' beautiful house (rather a cross between a castle and a house)

I am happy with how I opened the season this weekend and looking forward for the two distance races next weekend at the Sovereign Lakes Nordic Centre.
